  Simply one of the best restaurants along the Golf of Biscaya. Delicious menu. Great wines selection. Very good service. Relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommendable.

  This is by far one of the best bites I've ever had. We are on a eating trip from Barcelona to Mykonos's and we had eaten at a 1,2,and 3 star Michelin restaurants before Zuberoa and not one compared to the levels of flavors that the risotto with foie and roasted pigeon had. This dish made your whole being sit up and pay attention. Can't even find words to describe the cheese cake and pear tart. It isn't the gastronomic expereance but far beyond that. If you go now you will also be able to meet the son of the Maitre d'who's smile warmed the whole room. Wish you were could have gone back the next night. Bravo!

  Delicious food. Gracious and attentive hosts. Like home would feel if you or your significant other was Michelin starred. A little out of the way, but worth the trip.
